The Auchincruive Hoedown – Ticket Terms & Conditions
Event: The Auchincruive Hoedown – Country & Western Event
Venue: Auchincruive Estate, Ayr, Scotland
Date: Saturday 6th June 2026

By purchasing tickets for The Auchincruive Hoedown, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Ticket Purchases
All tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all information provided during the booking process is accurate.
Tickets remain the property of the event organiser until full payment has been received.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date.
Refund requests made more than 14 days before the event may be considered at the organiser’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Non-attendance
- Late arrival
- Adverse weather conditions
- Travel disruption
- Illness or personal circumstances
In the event that the organiser cancels the event, ticket holders will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to a rescheduled event date where applicable.
3. Event Admission
All attendees must hold a valid booking.
The lead booker will receive confirmation details containing:
- Booking Reference
- Ticket Type
- Number of Tickets Purchased
Entry will be managed against the booking reference.
Members of the same booking party may arrive separately. Admission will be recorded against the booking reference until the total number of purchased tickets has been used.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who:
- Appears intoxicated
- Is behaving in a disorderly or abusive manner
- Fails to comply with event staff instructions
- Poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of other attendees
4. Alcohol & Prohibited Items
No alcohol may be brought onto the event site.
The organiser reserves the right to confiscate any alcohol or prohibited items brought into the venue.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Any person found in possession of illegal substances may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund.
5. Food & Drink
A variety of food vendors and licensed bars will be available on site.
Only food and drink purchased from authorised vendors may be consumed within the event area unless required for medical or dietary reasons.
6. Weather Conditions
The event will proceed in most weather conditions.
The main event area is located within a covered sailcloth marquee; however, attendees should dress appropriately for outdoor conditions and varying weather.
Tickets will not be refunded due to adverse weather conditions unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
7. Photography & Filming
Photography, filming and live streaming may take place during the event.
By attending the event, you consent to your image being used in future promotional, marketing and social media materials relating to Clocktower Weddings & Events and The Auchincruive Hoedown.
8. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
9. Parking
Parking is provided subject to availability.
Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
10. Health & Safety
All attendees must comply with instructions given by event staff, stewards, security personnel and emergency services.
Any person whose behaviour creates a safety risk may be removed from the event without refund.
11. Changes To The Event
The organiser reserves the right to amend event timings, entertainment, activities, vendors or event layout where necessary.
Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.
Subject to this, the organiser’s liability shall be limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
